The special thing about this dumpling is that, unlike the other gaos, our with pork filling has an unmistakable ginger taste and contains a delicious gelatin made from bouillon. This is liquefied during steaming and makes the tasting of it a very unique experience. We recommend trying it with some of our sweet and sour rice vinegar Chinkiang, similar to balsamic vinegar.
